Physical destruction is also available in the form of hard disk drilling and shredding. We offer secure data sanitization services for all IT equipment covering servers, desktops, laptops and even mobile devices. Rest assured, our skilled technicians are fully verified and have undergone complete data security and OH&S Training in accordance with our ISO certifications.
The method utilised is first based on each individual client's requirements as per their own security policies, however our preference which is in line with best sustainability practices is total data sanitization via a specialised software that issues certification upon completion. Your dedicated account manager will be able to discuss the available options and tailor a plan to suit your business needs.
Our e-waste collection service provides you with an environmentally focused solution for the disposal of all forms of IT equipment including server racks, cabling and even print equipment. Our OH&S trained technicians will safely remove the equipment and we guarantee a legitimate recycling process compliant with our ISO accreditation. As we work with corporate IT equipment, we won’t be able to assist with office kitchen equipment such as microwaves or toasters. Any redundant e-waste that is not suitable for re-use will be responsibly recycled via our ISO Certified downstream partners as either plastics, metals or copper separately. ITC Asset Management guarantees a legitimate recycling process compliant with our ISO accreditation (ISO 14001:2015). Reports and certificates are always issued for your records and guarantee.
